Let God surprise you

Bigfoto
When you open a can of coke (or any soda drinks), can you see what’s inside? Yes, the soda water. When it’s gone, can you see anything? Peep through it. What do you see?
Darkness?
Light?
Long tunnel?
No end?
Or nothing?
This I learned today…we don’t know what’s out there…even in real life. But we just have to wait…and do our own thing with God’s guidance, of course. It’s because God has plans for us…even before we have planned for our lives.
Through time, I learned to let go and let God.
But just the same, human as I am, I always interfere with God’s plans for me. I always surprise God by doing the things all by myself, telling Him on what He should do for me, and most of the time, I feel so frustrated.
This year, I somehow learned to let Him do His way…but not most of the time.
Until.
I discovered.
God wants me to enjoy every minute while waiting for Him to lay out His good plans for me.
God wants me to enjoy life outside all the things that occupy my mind.
God wants me to share the blessings I receive from Him on a daily basis so as not to preoccupy myself with getting more of what I don’t want.
Yesterday, I was kind of ranting again, and hubi shared the words that really surprised me…
“LET GOD SURPRISE YOU”…
Isn’t that great? Yes, if we only allow God to surprise us…
everything would go smoothly…
everything would be in order…
there would be no worries shown in our foreheads…
there would be more of peace in our hearts than anxieties…
This morning, God really surprised me. He really prepared me for His promise. He let me wait for a couple of days, days turned to weeks, then months, and years…but it’s awesome!
Now, whenever I think of opening a can of coke, I always tell myself that after drinking the soda water in there, there is still more…that I can find…the surprises the God has for me. I only have to wait, enjoy the moment, and let Him do His work for me.
Friend, whatever state you are in right now, let God surprise you…of His great plans for you.
I wish you success,

Hi Fingertalks,
My, what a powerful post you got here. You are indeed inspired by the Spirit of God to make this post. God is like that. He is full of surprises. He leave us hanging, almost desperate at the edge of a precipitous cliff, only to surprise us with the most unheard of resolution of our crises that leaves us breathless and full of awe. Yes, because He wants us to praise and glorify His name for all the world to hear and see. Thanks for the inspired post. God bless you and your loved ones always.
He surprises us, in different ways. He was the one who invented surprises.Nice post and very inspiring. Have a great day!w

That was truly a nice post. Sometimes it does take a while for us to realize or see what God had planned or has done for us. A lot of times, it’s only in hindsight and once we’ve gone past the feelings of frustration and disappointment, when we come to realize that we’ve become much better off receiving what God had wanted for us rather than with what we had originally wanted for ourselves.
