Money isn't the root of evils. It's the love for it.

We had a dinner with two new friends - a couple - last Monday. They were introduced by our holy friend. The dinner was great! I managed to eat a lot, in particular, I finished eating the salad! I didn't eat the macaroni because it had parsley on it. I heard it's not safe for a pregger woman to eat parsley. The holy friend was urging me to eat more so I tried to consume everything that was served for me by his great chef, while everyone was talking. The group was talking about money, inheritance...and how some people would forget about relationships just for the sake of getting a huge amount of money. It's so scary to think of that. I love money. But I love to have money so I could give more for my family and those who need it.

So I heard them say - money is the root of evil. I immediately quipped, «No, it's the love for money that becomes the root of evils». When someone tends to love money against all odds, this is where the problem arises. We all know for a fact that we all need money to survive. Especially these days wherein a recession is imminent, we all need to be financially secure so that we can prevent too much chaos in the world, not just the world, but for our mere survival and sanity, we need money! But don't let the need for money rule our hearts. We might never get out of it. We might be hooked for money and we forget how to value and use it wisely.

Imagine what would a lot of people do if a financial crisis dooms and we are all caught off guard? No savings, heavy debts, housing mortgage, dwindling resources! ONE CAN ONLY PRAY THAT THE WORLD COULD PREVENT THE FINANCIAL CRISIS. However, nowadays, we are all feeling this crisis - rising cost of oil and food prices, rising housing cost, and a lot more. I admire this student, Ianthe Fullagar, 18, from North England, who won a staggering amount of $12.68 million from a lottery - he's rich, yet he's so humble. Despite his huge winnings from the Euromillions game, he envisioned himself to live like a modest student on his university studies next year.

But how about those who won't have the luck for such lotteries or no huge inheritance - how do you go and get money when you needed it most badly? Of course, stealing won't be your first option if you are sane. Definitely, if you are so tied up financially, you would think of borrowing from lenders, banks, and people. But oftentimes, you'd feel so hesitant especially when they try to let you pass through so many requirements. How about getting fast cash payday loans ? I heard that you can get it really fast! Why not try it? When you get the loan, just be sure to invest it wisely. Never love money. Value it just for what it can do for you and those you love.

You are so right. The Bible says that, «for the love of money is the root of all evils.» Remember Judas sold Jesus to His enemies for the sum of 30 pieces of silver. Money is good for all the good that it can do. We can use it to help ameliorate the plight of poor people. But it must never be our master because it is a demanding taskmaster. Thanks for the inspired post. God bless you always my friend.
